About us

Located outside of Portland Oregon, Tempest was founded and begin offering PCB design services in 1997.  What started as a small design dept. of a larger company, Tempest began taking on specialized projects that far superseded its standard scope of work... so Tempest was formed.  Since then we've enjoyed a diverse set of customers and project's many benefiting from a long standing partnership.
